We're looking for a Practice Manager that can work between two practices about 10 minutes apart in this North Auckland location.
About the practice & the role:
- Currently the team of 13+ is made up of four dentists, a hygienist, dental assistants and reception

Using the most advanced technology including CEREC Prime Scan and Prime Mill, Speed fire, CBCT, Airflow EMS hygiene, Soft tissue
lasers, digital x-rays in all surgeries, and Exact software
- Would suit someone living on the North Shore or Warkworth area
- Both practices have 3 chairs and are modern and have state of the art tech
- Offering general, preventative and cosmetic dentistry
- Offering patients IV sedation
- This role is full time and split across two practices
- Hours and days are negotiable
- Oversee general day to day running of the practice
- Coordinate and manage staff
- Financial administration and business development
About you:
- Minimum 2 years similar experience in a medical/dental practice
- Approachable, dependable and professional
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
- Have customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must have good communication skills
- Well organized with an attention to detail
- Natural empathy and caring nature
- Great work ethic
- Sound business management skills
