Your dental support specialists
Established in 2002, by Kiwi dentist Tony Dey, LANZ provides recruitment, practice sales and growth advice for dental professionals across New Zealand.
Our team specialises in recruitment, practice sales and growth for dental professionals.
Today the dental industry is dealing with single practices through to large corporate groups, who are changing the dynamics. There are some strong boutique practices that are still flourishing, especially those with a clear point of difference.
And then there are some rural clinics which are actually still turning patients away. Tony and the team have built relationships with
practices all over New Zealand over the past decade - the big and the small - literally from Kaitaia to Bluff.
Whether you're looking to immigrate to New Zealand to work or you're looking for a new challenge or the next step in your career - LANZ.Dental can help. We offer short and long term, permanent and locum positions to New Zealand graduates and overseas trained dental professionals.
Currently we have a number of excellent job opportunities for qualified dentists, hygienists and oral health therapists around New Zealand.
Or maybe you're thinking about your exit strategy or want to buy your own dental practice, then let us help you. We have years of experience successfully helping dentists through the buying and selling process.

In regards to politics I describe myself as a Champagne Socialist. Many of those who read these emails might see me more as a Raging Capitalist.

My first entrepreneurial endeavour in dental was to broker a deal to supply rubber dams to the Dental School back in the 90's.
I just completed my assignment and I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my first locum placement in New Zealand, and how positive my experience has been with LANZ every step of the way.
Making the move out to New Zealand from the UK was very exciting, but slightly daunting. I was lucky enough to be put in contact with Tony
and his team by a colleague. This made a huge difference to my time in New Zealand.
