All placements incur an initial one-off placement fee of $475.
Fees may be paid in 12 monthly installments or as a full fee lump sum. If paying the full fee, we will waive the $475 initial one-off
placement fee.
Part time is 20 hours or less / Full time is 21 hours or more.
Permanent placment tenure is 1 year and above.
Locum/Fixed term placement tenure is more than 3 weeks and less than 12 months.
Junior is less than 4 years’ experience / Experienced is more than 4 years’ experience.
Our minimum monthly fee is $150.
All fees are in NZD and exclude GST.

Locum placement fee
Fee is 4% of locum’s gross monthly turnover with a minimum
of $150 and a maximum of $795.
Dental professionals purchasing your Practice
If any Dental
professional that LANZ.Dental has placed with your practice, purchases your practice within the first 36 months of their placement with
you, we will charge a 3% commission fee on the sale price.
All payments are to be made per our Terms and Conditions, referred to
on the LANZ.Dental website.

No obligation, initial consultation
Call to talk through your plans for your practice and we can provide you with general comments about your options. LANZ.Dental can assist
you by providing an independent valuation of your practice.
Practice Valuation
Fee $2,500
We have found that a written valuation is an essential marketing tool and the basis of a successful marketing programme - as it helps
identify a price range. LANZ.Dental can provide a written practice valuation appraisal by an experienced valuer of dental practices.
Sales Agency
Engagement fee $2,000 + Success fee 4%*
To successfully sell your practice as your sales agent, there is a simple Agency Agreement between you and LANZ.Dental that needs to be
completed.
Includes support and advice through the sale; specific marketing campaigns; interviews;
recommended selection of potential buyers; accounting and finance advice for the buyer; and assistance with the special dental specific
clauses needed by your legal team for the sale of your practice. Due diligence is an available option.
Payment:
$2,000 on engagement and the Success Fee* on settlement.
*The Success Fee is 4% of the gross sales price, subject to a minimum commission of $8,000 to a maximum of $33,000 for an individual
practice. Commission fee for multiple group practices is by negotiation.
Clients who request a practice valuation and choose to engage LANZ.Dental as their Sales Agent in one transaction, will benefit
from a 25% discount.
Practice visit
If a visit by LANZ.Dental to your practice is requested/required a
fee of $350 plus disbursements will be charged.
Dental professionals purchasing your Practice
If any Dental
professional that LANZ.Dental has placed with your practice, purchases your practice within the first 36 months of their placement
with you, we will charge a 3% commission fee on the sale price.
