Our client is looking for a Dental Assistant to join their busy team.

About the practice and the role:

• Immediate start
• Full time Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday
• Well established practice in central location
• High end practice with modern equipment
• Multi chair practice with 3 dentists, oral health therapist, hygienist, and practice manager
• Offering patients general, orthodontic and cosmetic treatments including Invisalign, veneers, same day crowns, whitening, hygiene, and implants
• Remuneration based on experience and skillset ($23-$26 negotiable) and includes fully subsidised health insurance
• Car parking roster (free weeks parking when it's your turn)
• Performance reviews allow for upskilling and remuneration review 
• Key responsibilities include:
  • Chairside assistant
  • Sterilisation of equipment and surgeries
  • Stock control
  • A welcoming reception, when required
  • Appointments, patient records and recalls 

About you:

• Dental experience in a similar role is preferred
• Confident using Exact
• Customer service focus
• Punctual and reliable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, proactive and professional
• Able to prioritise, willing to learn and work hard
• Thrive in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and striving for excellence and improvements
