• Team consists of dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and receptionist
• Replacing retiring practice manager
• You'll have ideas on how to revamp the front of house
• Low staff turnover

About you:

• Previous management experience preferred
• Comfortable managing an experienced team
• Business acumen
• Knowledge of Human Resources and Health & Safety
• Enjoy figures - production and bottom line are important, but so is looking after your team and patients
