Receptionist - Central/West Auckland

If you have experience as a Receptionist in a dental practice, then this could be for you.

About the role and practice:

• Full time (Tuesday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm)
• Welcome patients, process payments, answer phone calls and emails, book appointments, and ensure smooth day to day running of the front office
• Some admin duties which include ACC/MOH claims
• Occasional Dental Assistant duties
• General dental practice offering patients surgical and sedation services
• Spacious, modern suburban multi-chair practice
• Small, experienced team 
• Located in an affluent neighbourhood

About you:

• Previous Dental experience preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional dental care to patients
• High level of customer service
• Professional presentation
• Well organised and attention to detail
• Excellent people skills
• Computer literate with experience using Exact dental software package
