Our client has a new, modern and well equipped multi chair practice and is looking for an experienced dentist to join their team.
About the practice and the role:
- Offering patients an affordable option for simple dental procedures
- Location is 40 minutes drive north of the Brisbane CBD
- Days and hours are negotiable
- $3,000 relocation bonus
- Equipment includes CBCT, ADEC/Sirona chairs, and digital x-rays
- Mentoring by experienced clinicians - onsight and remotely
- Training in complex procedures (implant procedures, oral surgery, orthodontics, etc.)
- Growth encouraged through CPD, as well a group training and study meetings
- Remuneration from 30-50%
- Looking for a medium to long term commitment of 2+ years
- Potential to become a shareholder or strategic partner in the future
About you:
- Ideally 2+ years experience in a similar clinical role
- Be passionate about providing exceptional patient care
- Comfortable planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
- Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Registered with AHPRA, have a current APC and the right to work in Australia
