We have a full-time position available in a busy, well established, and respected practice in Broome, Western Australia. 

This would suit an experienced clinician who could simply slot in and start working with more patients than we can service however this opportunity would appeal equally to an energetic and enthusiastic young Dentist (with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience) who would love to settle in a community away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

About the practice and the role:

• This is a full-time position. The hours are Monday -Friday from 8am to 4pm, though later is an option if you prefer a fuller day
• At the moment the practice is not open on a Saturday however this can be an option
• First appointments are at 8.30am with up to an hour for lunch and flexible finish times depending on what drives you
• The practice offers its patients all general dentistry. (There are no specialists in Broome, however there is a regularly visiting orthodontist, and a resident removable prosthetist which means making dentures optional.)
• Currently there are two fully booked surgery suites, with a third suite in the pipeline so that the increasing demand can be kept up with
• Good quality equipment
• High standards of infection control
• Friendly patients keen to get work done
• Experienced international team who are loyal, proactive and hardworking with a focus on kind and compassionate dentistry
• Remuneration: 40% commission ( $150,000 - $250,000AUD) with the possibility of relocation assistance for the right candidate.

About you:

• 5+ years of similar clinical general experience
• You have the legal right to work in Australia (i.e. NZ passport holder if you are not an Australian citizen)
• You are prepared to secure AHPRA registration, ADA membership, and practicing insurance
• You are proficient and comfortable in performing all general procedures
• You are passionate about providing exceptional patient care with the natural ability to treat people with kindness, compassion, and respect
• You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• You are confident in formulating and discussing treatment plans with your patients
• You enjoy working as part of a friendly and collaborative team
