- This role is a replacement for a long standing Lead Dentist who is retiring from the practice
- Full time position
- Busy books with opportunity for further growth
- Equipment includes CEREC, cone beam x-ray and OPG
- Offering patients general dentistry including implants, whitening, and prosthodontics
- Offering the right candidate a relocation fee, contribution towards CPD, and an enhanced commission package
About you:
- 5+ Years clinical experience in a similar role
- Exceptional knowledge or and proficiency with all aspects of general dental skills to a high standard
- Be passionate about providing exceptional patient care
- Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
- Strong communicator and ability to build rapport and trust
- Any special interests you have will be beneficial (dentures, implants, endo, ortho) and supported
- Comfortable leading a team of experienced clinicians
- Approachable, positive and confident
- Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions or in the process of getting registration
