Fantastic opportunity for new or recent graduate to learn and advance your skills in this 2 year internship position in Henderson.

About the practice and role:

  • Full time permanent 
  • 5 days a week, 35-40 clinical hours (Monday-Saturday) days to be negotiated
  • Multi chair practice with high focus on continued learning, team work, comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning – all of which is to provide the very best care to our patients.
  • You will have full books from day one!
  • Equipment – Digital radiographs including OPG, Lateral Ceph and full view CBCT, microscopes, digital cameras to take full set of photos, intra oral scanners, sedation equipment including BIS monitor, modern chairs, ceiling mounted smart tv’s for patients comfort, and rotary endo.  
  • All referrals are within the practice, as we have senior clinicians with advanced training in implants, and others with post grad diplomas in periodontics, prosthodontics and orthodontics. We also have a visiting oral and maxillofacial surgeon.
  • We provide IV sedation (both Midazolam + Fentanyl and also TCI propofol with BIS monitoring).
  • Practice provides full range of treatments – Oral Surgery including implants, crown and bridgework, rotary endodontics ( we have 2 x microscopes), periodontics, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, hygiene treatment (we have 4+ OHT’s in the group), DB’s, wisdom teeth removal, partial and full dentures by visiting clinical denture technician, All on 4,  all on 6 type of treatment and we also provide aesthetics in the way of botox and fillers.
  • New / recent graduate dentist will work under direct supervision of a senior dentist looking after his patients.
  • The focus for the 2 year internship is to learn and advance your clinical skills.
  • Remuneration: First year; $90-$100K. Second year $100-$115K . For more experienced position there is a tiered commission structure.
