Our client is looking for a extraordinary dentist to join their brand new practice in Hokitika. This is a very special dental practice with a vision for innovation, excellence and accountability.

Benefits:

• Remuneration is 45% commission - so plenty of earning potential
• Travel/accommodation/relocation allowance of up to $2,500 

About the role and practice:

• Full time role Monday to Friday ideally 9am - 4.30pm, but there could be some flexibility for the right candidate
• Busy practice with full books out to 6 weeks
• Looking for at least 12 months commitment to the position
• This is a brand new purpose built dental practice, specialising in DSD
• Four surgeries, with photo studio, consultation room, and digital lab
• Lots of digital tech including: iTero scanner, CBCT, Asiga 3D printer, electronic rotary Endodontics, and Invisalign
• Self-managing, non-hierarchical style of running the practice where the role is dynamic and ever-evolving - this isn't your traditional management style

• You'll be supported by a dedicated assistant trained in four-handed dentistry

About you:

• 2+ years experience
• Passionate about the oral health and well being of patients
• Genuine caring individual
• Ability to work collaboratively with the rest of the team in an efficient and supportive manner
• Sense of humour
• Delivering high quality dentistry in an innovative working environment
• Able to communicate with patients in plain-English, compassionate, sensitive and respectful manner
