Seeking an experienced dentist able to work full time (part time considered).
About the practice and the role:
- Offering patients general and cosmetic dentistry, including Invisalign, teeth whitening and implants
- 2 Chair practice
- 40% commission for up to 3 years experience and 45% for 3+ years
- Retainer programme with salary for the first 3-6 months or commission - whichever is the highest
- Full time Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (negotiable). Weekend optional
- 1-2 Days could include rostered on mobile unit for schools working with OHTs
- Equipment includes OPG, full digital x-ray, and rotary endo
- Potential for weekends
About you:
- 2+ Years general dentistry experience
- Be comfortable and proficient in all general procedures, especially surgical extractions
- Be passionate about providing exceptional patient care
- Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Confidence to plan and discuss treatment plans with your patients
- Ability to work as part of a friendly and collaborative team
- Professional, with highly developed people skills
