About the practice and the role:

Full time (9am - 5pm) days negotiable
Locum role: a few days leading up to Christmas 2026 and then 5-15 January 2027
2 fully equipped surgeries
General dentistry including fillings, root canals, crown and bridge, veneers, cleanings, hygiene, extractions, children - adolescents
Equipment includes scanner, intra oral camera, digital x-rays, OPG and more
Mentoring available from principal if interested in orthodontics, implants, wisdom teeth extractions
The practice is located in the busy area of Mt Albert shops and has good footfall
Healthy book and plenty of patient flow
Dedicated dental assistant
Appointment timings for each patient can be variable depending upon the need of patient and pace of dentist to offer quality work
Remuneration: 40% commission less lab fees

About you:

2+ years experience in similar clinical role, though recent (not new) grads will be considered
A broad skill set will be needed
Special areas of interest can be catered for
Be passionate about providing exceptional patient care
Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
Approachable, friendly and professional
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
