About the practice and the role:

• Experienced and supportive team across five practices
• More than 25 dentists across a network that shares cases, techniques and referrals
• Offering patients general and cosmetic dentistry including implants, IV Sedation, full mouth rehabilitation, laser, dentures, endo, surgical extractions, orthodontics (fixed and aligners) and facial aesthetics
• Digital workflow includes CEREC, CBCT, OPG, air abrasion, Biolase water laser, surgical motor, rotary endo, and more
• Mentorship and professional development from senior clinicians who teach internationally
• A pathway to lead your own practice within the group
• Remuneration: 40% commission 
• Visa sponsorship available for the right overseas clinician
  

About you:

• 5+ years in general practice with a strong record in complex restorative dentistry
• IV sedation and implant placement experience highly regarded; full-arch a real plus
• Laser experience welcome -we will train you if you don't have it
• Excellent communicator who can make a nervous patient feel informed, not sold to
• High ethical standards and high quality work - non-negotiable for us
• Curious, humble, collaborative, and keen to mentor as well as learn
