About the practice and the role:
- Well established practice
- Very large patient base with huge potential
- Currently three chair practice, with opportunity to expand
- Facility has been purpose built in the last few years
- Full time, Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings
- Equipment includes: panorama and intra oral camera
- 40% commission with potential to increase up to 45% depending on productivity
- You'll be joining a mature, dedicated and very experienced team
- Potential accommodation option available for the right candidate
- There is an opportunity to purchase practice in the future
About you:
- 4+ Years of similar clinical experience
- Additional experience in endo, oral surgery, crown & bridge and general restorative welcome
- Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
- Be passionate about providing exceptional patient care
- Comfortable performing periodontal treatment, as no hygienist currently in practice
- Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Cheerful demeanour
- Pleasant and welcoming personality with patients
- Good references from previous employers
