We are seeking a skilled and passionate Dentist to join our boutique dental practice, where exceptional customer care and state-of-the-art equipment are at the forefront. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing top-quality dental services while creating a comfortable and positive experience for our valued patients. 

About the practice and the role:

  • Full time  4-5 days a week - we're flexible on hours and days
  • Offering patients general dentistry including implants, crowns, veneers, whitenings, endo, orthodontics and IV Sedation (with IV sedation trained DA's) 
  • State-of-the-art equipment includes: CEREC, rotary endo, OPG, CBCT, EMS Airflow, digital x-rays, intra/oral camera and MIS Mguided implants
  • Mentoring of new graduate by senior clinician
  • Remuneration: 40% commission to get you on your feet for the first 3 months
  • Excellent earning potential , with a generous sliding scale going up to 50% commission after 3 months

About you:

  • Must hold New Zealand residency
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality dental care, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of procedures, including CEREC Crowns, Implants, orthodontic work and/or sedation
  • Passion for dentistry and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and work effectively within a team
  • Empathetic and patient-focused approach to care, ensuring each patient's comfort and well-being
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all aspects of your work
