Equity partnership opportunity for associate dentist in the Coromandel.

About the practice and the role:

• Full time (4 days) 8.30am - 5pm
• General and emergency dental treatments provided
• Located in the heart of this rural community
  
• This role is an intermediate to senior role, replacing a retiring senior dentist 
• Start date: January 2026 - but we're flexible and happy to discuss
• Mentoring available
  
• Remuneration: 40% commission less lab fees, car parking, Annual CPD contribution
• For the right person there is a potential equity partnership opportunity

About you:

• 3+ Years similar clinical experience
• Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
• Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
• Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
• Willing to work late hours (8pm finish) or occasional weekend work, if needed
