About the practice and the role:

• Part time: Starting 3 days a week with scope to expand to 4 as the position develops
• An established book from week one - you will step into a warm Lower Hutt patient base with an existing recall system, while our Wellington clinic offers genuine scope to grow at a comfortable and sustainable pace
• Start date: August/September for a supported handover from exiting dentist
• General, cosmetic, paediatric and emergency treatments  include ortho (Digital Smile Design and aligner), implant restoration, restorative, as well as facial aesthetics
• Working primarily from Lower Hutt or divide your week between our Lower Hutt and Wellington clinics
• A calm, trust-led culture where ethical care comes first
• Equipment includes: iTero scanner in each room, Digital Smile Design certified clinic, digital x-rays, with new dental chairs
• Both clinics support digital workflows
• Support can be provided to clinicians who are still developing confidence with digital dentistry
• Experienced team of friendly and knowledgeable dentists, hygienists, dental assistants and receptionists
• Remuneration: Competitive commission-based remuneration. Transitional income support may be available during the initial handover and patient-book development period. The exact structure, percentage and any introductory guarantee will be discussed transparently with shortlisted applicants and confirmed in the employment or contractor agreement.
