This welcoming and well-established general practice in West Auckland, is seeking an experienced dentist to join their supportive team in a long-term role.

About the practice and the role:

• Flexible hours – Full-time or part-time
• Work schedule: Tuesday to Friday/Saturday or Tuesday, Wednesday & alternate Saturdays
• Saturday work is optional, but highly sought-after and easily booked
• Ideal start date 12 January 2026
  
• 3-chair suburban practice with a diverse and loyal patient base
• Wide range of treatments – from simple extractions to full mouth rehabilitations
• Primarily adult patients, with some children and a notable number of patients with disabilities
• Friendly, collaborative team including 2 dentists, an oral health therapist, experienced dental assistants, and reception staff
• Services include general and cosmetic dentistry, emergency care, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, fixed prosthodontics, and IV sedation
• Our Equipment Includes:
  • Rotary endo
    
  • Intraoral camera and scanner
    
  • OPG and digital x-rays
    
  • Surgical motor
    
  • EMS Airflow
    
  • IV sedation setup
    
  Remuneration: 40% commission and Free car parking

About you:

• Ideally 5+ years of clinical experience, but open to less for the right candidate
• Confident and skilled in all aspects of general dentistry
• Experience in implant restoration, surgical extractions, and endodontics is highly valued
• Comfortable discussing and planning comprehensive treatment with patients
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
• High clinical standards and a strong work ethic
• Approachable, team-oriented, and looking to establish long-term roots in a supportive environment
