About the practice and the role:

• Full time (4-5 days) 
• 8.30am - 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
• Full books from Day One!
• This privately owned practice offers general, cosmetic, emergency, oral surgery, endodontics and sedation
• Experienced, friendly and supportive team of dentist, hygienist, dental assistants, receptionist, practice manager and visiting Orthodontist

• Equipment includes rotary endo, i/o camera and scanner, OPG, CEREC Primemill and Primescan2, Nitrous Oxide sedation
• Mentoring from a highly experienced lead dentist

• Remuneration: high earning potential starting at 40% commission, and a negotiable retainer, tiered over 3 years to 45%

About you:

• 4+ Years similar general clinical experience, but will consider less experience for the right clinician
• Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
• Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Warm, caring and friendly chair side manner
• Excel in a team environment
