Our client is looking for an experienced dentist to join their practice.

About the practice and the role:

Our high-performing practice on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast is seeking a passionate and skilled dentist to become part of our exceptional team. The role is taking over the busy books.  We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding patient care in a supportive, collaborative, and well-equipped environment.

• Full time (4-5 days) but flexible, with a mix of standard and extended hours to meet community needs
• Busy, well established, two chair spacious and highly regarded practice with a reputation for quality care and patient trust 
• Offering patients a comprehensive range of treatments including general, cosmetic implant, endodontic and aligners
• State of the art equipment include: digital xrays, OPG, rotary endo, i/o camera and scanner, digital scanner, CBCT, surgical motor and Exact software
• Friendly and experienced team of clinicians, hygienists, and dental assistants who share a commitment to excellence and continual growth and who ensure seamless, patient-centred care
• Remuneration: 40-45% depending on skills and experience

About you:

• Ideally 2+ years clinical experience, but will consider any level of experience and new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated experience in a similar clinical role
• Confident general dentist, and special interests (cosmetic, implants, orthodontics, etc.) are welcomed and supported
• Be passionate about providing exceptional patient care
• A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding dental care
• Confidence to plan and discuss treatment plans with your patients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term patient relationships
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
• Seeking a rewarding long term role
