Are you a passionate General Dentist looking for the perfect balance between work and lifestyle? Our client has a 5-chair practice and is looking for a dedicated dentist to join their team.

About the practice and the role: 

• Part time between Tuesday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (30 Hours minimum per week)
• General dental practice where any specialties can be accommodated
• Equipment includes OPG, intra oral scanner, intra oral cameras, rotary endo and willing to purchase CBCT
• Offering patients general dentistry including: dentures, crowns, extractions, restorations, and hygiene
• Support and mentoring available for new and recent graduates
• Work alongside a supportive team including a full-time Oral Health Therapist in a collaborative environment.
• Work-Life Balance – Located near stunning beaches, perfect for surfing, relaxing, and enjoying coastal living. 
• Remuneration: up to 40-45% commission negotiable, depending on skills and experience
•  Flexible Pay Plan – Choose between a salary or independent contractor arrangement.

About you: 

• New grad or experienced
• If you have a specialist interest we can accommodate that
• Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
• Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
