Experienced Dentist - Tauranga

Busy multi-chair practice in Central Tauranga looking for an experienced dentist to join them.

About the practice and the role:

• Busy multi-chair practice
• Full time (Monday to Friday), but very flexible
• Centrally located in town centre
• General and cosmetic practice offering patients endo, perio, whitening, hygiene, implants, oral surgery and emergency treatment
• Very experienced team of dentists, OHTs, dental assistants, receptionists and practice manager
• Equipment includes rotary endo, surgical motor, i/o camera, Trios scanner, OPG, Panex, digital x-rays and Airflow
• Remuneration is 40% commission (negotiable for a super star!) and free car parking
• There is the opportunity to buy into the practice in the future for the right clinician

About you:

• 4+ year of clinical experience
• Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
• Experience of Invisalign and sedation would be a bonus
• Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
• Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy being part of a collaborative team
