The Opportunity
There’s a lot to do in this lead role. We have a busy, successful practice where you’ll be providing exceptional general dentistry services coupled with exceptional patient care. Our practice runs extremely well, and you will be supported by a highly experienced team  - our receptionist has been with us for 20 years and knows every patient.

You’ll be treating the full age range of patients in this family friendly practice and get the opportunity to utilise a great range of high tech equipment – cone beam, OPG, intra oral cameras. You’ll be able to play an active part in leading the team. The practice holds fortnightly staff meetings and monthly clinician meetings. You will also enjoy mentoring and passing on your knowledge on our less experienced team members.
 
You’ll understand that being a Lead Dentist isn’t an easy role,  but you’ll be up for the challenge and know that you will have the support & backing of a successful dental group.
 
We are initially looking for someone that can commit to a full time role.

About You
We are looking for either an experienced lead or a seasoned Associate Dentist who is keen to take the next step in their career to join our cohesive, tight-knit team. You will already have well-rounded general dentistry skills that allow you to work with sovereignty and efficiency. In addition to providing the range of general dental treatments, we would love to support you in providing more advanced treatments in the fields of Ortho, Endo and Perio.
 
Our practice culture is extremely important and the successful applicant will be able to integrate well into our team. As we pride ourselves on having a good flow of regular returning patients, the ability to build successful patient relationships and provide excellent care is valued highly.

Located in the Northern Rivers region of NSW, our clinic is a stone's throw from some of Australia's best beaches and National Parks and approximately 30mins from the world renowned Byron Bay. Whilst we are a rural practice, this region offers all the delights of modern living with close access to fine dining, airports and shopping whilst still providing the peace and serenity of the countryside.
 
  What We’re Looking For In Our NEW Lead Dentist: 

• Your dentistry skills are polished, and at a high industry standard; interests in Ortho, Perio and Endo considered favourably
• You have a current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• You’re an articulate communicator, and you are someone who has the innate ability to build rapport and trust quickly with your patients
• Work well as part of a team and enjoy friendly practice culture
• You’re a confident leader with high levels of EQ and a proven track record of success in a similar role
• You are committed to providing outstanding patient-led service.
