The opportunity
You’ll lead a successful and busy practice that is preferred provider to HCF, NIB & Defence Health. There’s a lot to do in this full-time role. You’ll be taking over a full book of wonderfully loyal customers, with the opportunity to build further upon that, bringing along even more customers to the practice’s portfolio and of course, retaining them. Aside from that, you’ll be coming into a very friendly, established and cohesive team who are all exceptional at what they do.

You will play an active part in keeping the cogs turning in the practice and you’ll understand that being a Lead Dentist isn’t an easy role [we completely understand this too!] but you’ll be up for the challenge anyway. You’ll have the comfort in knowing that you have the support & backing of one of the most successful dental groups in the business behind you every step of the way.

You will lead an exceptional clinical team and have the support of a great & highly experienced Practice Manager.

About You
As we’re looking for a seasoned Dentist to join our cohesive, tight-knit team you’ll already have experience in a similar role. You will have exceptionally well-rounded dentistry skills and perhaps, you might even have an interest in things like Ortho, Endo, Oral surgery too. We can happily support you in making your interests in these areas a reality.

You’ll be the type of Leader who is warm, confident and approachable. You will help your clinical team improve and grow too. Patients feel comfortable telling you their oral concerns, and you approach them through a positive, wellness-focused lens and a real sense of optimism.

Your attitude to patient care will be second to none – you’re known for the way you handle patients and we’re imagining that you’re the kind of Dentist who knows how to create loyal, returning and referring patients.

The practice is in a great spot – it’s just off the Gold Coast highway and has a shop front location. We're located in a beachside suburb at the Southern end of the Gold Coast. It’s a super relaxed place that boasts one of the best beaches on the GC. The practice is close to any & every amenity you could want. 

What we’re looking for in our NEW Lead Dentist:

• Your dentistry skills are polished, and at a high industry standard
• You may have a specialist interest in Ortho, Endo, Surgery 
• You’ll have a current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• You’re an articulate communicator, and you’re someone who has the innate ability to build rapport and trust quickly with your patients
• You’re a confident leader with high levels of EQ and a proven track record of success in a similar role
• You are committed to providing an outstanding patient-led service.
