Lead Dentist - Lismore NSW

Location: Lismore, Australia

The Opportunity
You’ll be working with a wide range of patients covering all aspects of general dentistry. You will have the opportunity to place implants and conduct oral surgery within this purpose-built, well-equipped practice that includes a microscope for Endo work. You’ll understand that being a Lead Dentist isn’t an easy role, but you’ll be up for the challenge and know that you will have the support & backing of a successful dental group.
 
There is flexibility on your working days (between 3 & 5, 9-day fortnight etc.)
 
About You
As we’re looking for a seasoned Dentist to join our cohesive, tight-knit team you’ll already have experience in working for a local practice with a wide range of patients. It goes without saying that you will have well-rounded general dentistry skills. Perhaps, you might even have an interest in implants, oral surgery & endodontics and we can support you in making your interests a reality. 
 
You’ll be able to build rapport with patients, work well with your colleagues, inspire & lead – above all though, your attitude to patient care will be second to none – and you’ll be no stranger to servicing returning patients and of course, those wonderful referrals from patients that recommend you.

The practice is in a great spot – Located just 50 minutes’ drive from the iconic Byron Bay and surrounded by a multitude of local villages, Lismore offers a diverse experience of scenery and culture. The area has a number of weekend experiences from hiking trails, scenic drives, local craft markets, cinemas and spectacular beaches to keep you entertained in any weather and the practice itself is located close to the local hospital, schools, shopping centre and university. Life shouldn’t be all about work work work now, should it?
 
What We’re Looking For In Our NEW Dentist: 

  • Your dentistry skills are polished, and at a high industry standard; you may have a specialist interest, Implants; Oral Surgery; Endo
  • You have a current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
  • You’re an articulate communicator, and you are someone who has the innate ability to build rapport and trust quickly with your patients
  • You’re a confident leader with high levels of EQ and a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • You are committed to providing outstanding patient-led service.
