The opportunity
The Lead Dentist role has come about due to an impending retirement of a dentist who has built a very successful and well-equipped practice and is ready to hand over the reins to an experienced successor. This is a significant opportunity for you to make your mark on 2 locations with 6 surgeries. You will work alongside a long-serving, experienced clinical and administrative team that will support you to deliver patient care and excellence to the community.

What We’re Looking For In Our NEW Lead Dentist:  

• A seasoned Senior Clinician to join this cohesive, tight-knit team
• Significant experience in running and leading a dental practice
• Your dentistry skills are polished, and at a high industry standard; with well -rounded general dentistry skills, specialist interests, Orthodontics, Endodontics, Implants are welcome and a bonus
• You have a current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• You’re an articulate communicator and is someone who has the innate ability to build rapport and trust quickly with your patients
• You’re a confident leader with a high level of EQ and a proven track record of success in a similar role
• You are committed to providing outstanding patient-led service and experience
