Our client has a multi-site, modern, multi-chair practice in the Wellington area and is looking for an Orthodontist to join them.
About the practice and the role:
- Ideally full time, but will also consider part time or locum
- Monday - Friday 7.3am - 4.30pm
- No late nights or weekends
- Orthodontic treatment for children only, using fixed appliances only and not clear aligners
- Multi site practice
- Modern, purpose built premises
- Equipment includes: intra oral scanners, x-rays, OPG
- Supported by a team of experienced Dental Assistants and Ortho Auxiliaries
- Large list of patients waiting to start treatment
- Remuneration is either 40% commission or salary of approximately $160,000 depending on experience
- Potential opportunity to purchase in the future can be discussed
About you:
- NZ recognised qualification
- Any level of experience (from new graduate through to experienced)
- Technically sound
- Positive, approachable and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence to plan and discuss treatment plans and options with your patients
- Ability to work as part of a large friendly and collaborative team
- Assist with mentoring the Auxiliary team.
