Orthodontist - Wellington

Our client has a multi-site, modern, multi-chair practice in the Wellington area and is looking for an Orthodontist to join them.

About the practice and the role:

• Ideally full time, but will also consider part time or locum
• Monday - Friday 7.3am - 4.30pm
• No late nights or weekends
• Orthodontic treatment for children only, using fixed appliances only and not clear aligners
• Multi site practice
• Modern, purpose built premises
• Equipment includes: intra oral scanners, x-rays, OPG
• Supported by a team of experienced Dental Assistants and Ortho Auxiliaries
• Large list of patients waiting to start treatment
• Remuneration is either 40% commission or salary of approximately $160,000 depending on experience
• Potential opportunity to purchase in the future can be discussed

• NZ recognised qualification
• Any level of experience (from new graduate through to experienced)
• Technically sound
• Positive, approachable and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence to plan and discuss treatment plans and options with your patients
• Ability to work as part of a large friendly and collaborative team
• Assist with mentoring the Auxiliary team.
