This multi chair practice in the heart of Brisbane is searching for a senior general dentist looking for an investment opportunity.

About the practice and the role:

• Ideally a Senior/Lead/Principal dentist role with the opportunity to invest equity in the practice
• Will also consider an Associate dentist with 4+ years general dentistry experience
• 5 Days a week (Mon to Wed 9am to 6pm/ Thurs 9am to 8pm,/Fri 9am to 5pm/ Sat 8:30am to 5pm)
• 3 chair general practice offering patients crowns, bridges, veneers, endo, wisdom teeth, restorative, Invisalign, whitening and emergency treatments
• Located within a shopping centre with good foot traffic
• Small supportive team consists of dentists, dental assistants, and reception/practice manager
• Equipment includes OPG, scanner, intra/oral camera, and Practica software
• You'll be located primarily in one practice but will support 2 other practices near by once a week/fortnight
• Remuneration: 40% commission and some relocation assistance provided. Great earning potential.

About you:

• 4+ Years in a similar role
• Legal right to work in Australia (NZ passport holder)
• Have your AHPRA registration or prepared to get registered
• Comfortable and proficient in all general procedures
• Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Confident to plan and discuss treatment plans with your patients
• Enjoys working as part of a friendly and collaborative team
