Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and answering patient inquiries
- Scheduling appointments, managing the appointment book to support efficient use of time
- Some Dental Assistant duties on an ad hoc basis to help with leave coverage - training to be provided
- Collecting payments, monitoring accounts and supporting clinicians to ensure treatment is booked and carried out
- Displays empathy and appreciates the importance of confidentiality
- Ensuring that payments are collected from third parties such as ACC
- Ordering office supplies
- Great team made up of dentists, dental assistants, and hygienists
- Offering patients general, cosmetic, orthodontic, and restorative dentistry
- Well established practice with modern equipment and further improvements in the future
- Fun work environment
- Remuneration: $25+ depending on experience and skill set. More for a super star!
About you:
- Any level of dental experience considered
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic and embraces improvement
- Experience with Exact dental software, and MS Office
- Dental Assistant experience a bonus, but training will be provided
- Able to prioritize and deal with interruptions
- Flexibility in hours is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have relevant dental experience or a willingness to learn dental assisting and we will consider those
from outside the dental industry.
