Our client is searching for an experienced dental lab manager.
About the lab and the role:
- Locally operated dental lab servicing NZ
- Specialising in the fabrication of dental prosthetics, implants, ceramics, crowns and bridges
- Advanced technology and modern facilities
- Reports to and supports the General Manager
- Full time
- Managing a team of technicians and auxiliary staff
- Coordinate and direct quality control procedures
- Plan productivity - output quality, quantity, costs, time and labour requirements
- Work closely with other team managers
- Ensure all equipment is well maintained

About you:
- 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role
- Previous experience working within the medical or dental industry would be beneficial
- Registered Dental Technician would be desirable
- Advanced technical skills and knowledge across ceramics, implants and CADCAM is advantageous
- Experience and ability to manage, develop, lead and support a team
- Well spoken and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Innovative, flexible and adaptable
- Strong attention to detail
