We're searching for an experienced dentist to join us as a locum.
About the practice and the role:
- Full time (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm)
- Duration: 2-26 April ideally, but will consider any available dates
- General dental practice offers patients dentures, extractions, crowns, veneers, implants and hygiene
- Remuneration: 40% commission and accommodation available on Ohope Beach
- Friendly team of experienced dentists, hygienist, dental assistants and support staff
About you:
- 2+ Years similar clinical experience
- Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
- Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
- Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
- Caring and empathetic
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
About the region: The main centre for the eastern Bay of Plenty, Whakatāne is one of the sunniest towns in
New Zealand. Whakatāne is also known for its fishing – more yellowfin tuna are caught here than anywhere else in the country. Whakatane
is also very close to Ōhope, a 10km white sandy
beach, which has a small settlement and is perfect for camping, surfing, walking and relaxing in the sun.
