Locum Dentist - Christchurch 3932876

We're searching for an associate dentist for 4 days a week for a maternity cover. 

About the practice and the role:

• Full time (4 days a week)
• Mon 9am - 7pm, Wed 8am - 5pm, Thurs 8am - 5pm, and Fri 8am - 4pm 
• Start date: mid September through to early March 2026 (4-6 months)
• Potential to go permanent for the right clinician
• Well established, family friendly general practice offering general, cosmetic and emergency dentistry, as well as oral surgery, endo and paediatric and sedation
• Equipment includes surgical motor, intra oral camera and DSLR, intra oral scanner, OPG, Airflow, rotary endo, nitrous oxide and IV sedation set up
• Supportive environment with an experienced team of 3 dentists, hygienist, oral health therapist, dental assistants, 3 receptionists, and a practice manager
• Remuneration: 40% commission, study club + home baked scones 😊

About you:

• 2+ Years similar clinical experience essential
• Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
• Good level of restorative dentistry and experience with extractions
  
• Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Confident to plan and discuss treatment plans with your patients
• Compassionate and kind individual
