Locum Dentist - South Auckland

Our client is in need of some locum cover for 3 weeks in South Auckland.

About the role:

Dates: 24 August - 18 September 2026
Part time (1-3 days a week) and very flexible on days/hours
Location: Auckland South Correctional Facility, in Wiri
Equipment includes digital x-rays
This clinic used a manual system of paper-based notes
Supported by very experienced dental assistant
Remuneration: $155 per hour including gst, as a contractor
Unpaid 1.5 hr lunch break, with a food allocation
Must have your own Indemnity Insurance

About you:

1+ Years similar clinical experience
Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry including simple restorations, extractions and pain relief
Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
Comfortable being the sole practitioner
