LANZ working with licensed real estate agent, Jeremy Craw

Over the past few months we have made some changes and strengthened our practice sales processes and we're now working collaboratively with licensed real estate agent, Jeremy Craw.

Jeremy handles the sales side of the transaction, alongside LANZ.Dental who works with him on the marketing (website, social, database, electronic direct mail, etc.) and strategy side of the sale. 

Now you get LANZ.Dental and a real estate agent working together on your sale and there are no additional costs involved, and the commission rate is the same as before.

Jeremy will be able to take you and prospective purchasers through the next steps of the sales process, answer questions, co-ordinate visits to the practice and work with both parties on the Sales and Purchase agreement.

Once you've completed our online Confidentiality Agreement, Jeremy or one of our team will get in touch with you to discuss your requirements.
