About the practice and the role:
- Multi-chair practice
- Well established and well staffed
- Full time on a rotating Monday - Sunday roster (guaranteed 30 hours minimum)
- Remuneration is based on experience. Up to a maximum of $31.61p/hr
- Full training will be provided

- This role involves the day-to-day running of the clinic, managing support staff, working closely with the Principal

- Day-to-day running of the clinic
- Business performance development and future expansion of the practice
- Ensures accounts are managed accurately and efficiently, follow up on overdue accounts and late payments
- Optimise patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilisation
- Protects patients, staff and business confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting any needed changes
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Manages reception appointment scheduling, when required
- Manages patient recalls and reporting
- Liaises with ACC and Ministry of Health for treatment carried under ACC or MOH
- Training and supervision of administrative and clinical staff (DAs)
- Updates staff records, performance management, developing employee rosters, and conducts regular staff meetings

Oversees and supports digital, general and local area marketing and promotions, and monitors business growth and data analysis
- Interacts with patients and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Organises patient records
- Works as a team to ensure the practice runs efficiently, effectively and meets objectives
- Maintains facility and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Liaises with Principal and implements his instructions

About you:

- Previous Practice Manager experience in a dental practice is preferable
- But you may be a dental assistant or dental receptionist ready to take the next step in your career
