Endodontist - Lower Hutt

This is not a build-from-scratch role. The referral base, the patients, the dedicated endodontic room and the microscope are all in place. What makes it different from most endodontic positions is the referral engine behind it, and the numbers it produces.

Our Endodontist's full-time book delivered seven-figure production over the last 12 months. At 50% commission, the earning potential of this role speaks for itself, and the referral network that generated it stays with the position.

About the practice and role:

• Full or part time - we're negotiable on days
• Located within a family-owned dental group of 8 practices, a specialist clinic and an in-house lab
• 55 Chairs across the Wellington region
• 17 General dentist referrers means a predictable, internal referral system, as well as external referrers
• Experienced and supportive team includes oral and maxillofacial surgeons in-house, your own dedicated dental nurse, steri nurse, and a  multidisciplinary team providing implants, prosthodontics, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry
• Existing endodontic book
• Dedicated endodontic treatment room
• Equipment includes the latest Zumax operating microscope, nitrous oxide sedation, IV sedation with a supervising sedation clinician
• Remuneration: 50% commission, $25,00 signing bonus (with a 2 year term), $3,000 relocation contribution, CPD support
