Our client is searching for an experienced Orthodontist to join their team in WA. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, fully digital, multidisciplinary dental clinic in Western Australia.

About the practice and the role:

Full time (7 days on/7 days off) or tailored to suit
Immediate, high volume orthodontic demand
Modern, high-end and high growth practice in Kalgoorlie (one of WA's most advanced regional practices)
Flexible FIFO roster from Perth
No book building period - walk into full patient lists
Strong internal referrals (GDPs and OHTs)
Focus on high-value ortho work only with full autonomy in clinical decision-making
Under-serviced regional market means constant demand with high case acceptance (via experienced treatment coordinators)
Practices offers patients: full arch/implant cases, prosthetics, and general dentistry
Exposure to complex and rewarding cases
Equipment includes: Trios and iTero scanners, CBCT, OPG, Lat Ceph, CEREC, digital workflows, in-house lab and 3D printing
Highly trained and experienced team of dedicated treatment coordinators, OHTs, dental assistants and full administration and accounts team

Specialist Orthodontist with any level of experience considered
Eligible (or willing to obtain) Australian registration
