Dental Receptionist - Mt Albert area 3950046

• Full time (Monday - Friday) 
• Well established 4 chair general practice
• Friendly and collaborative team of experienced dentists, oral health therapist and support staff
• Treatments include: general dentistry, hygiene treatments, teeth whitening, implants, dentures, endodontics,  clear aligners, crown & bridge, and veneers
• Responsibilities include:
  • meet and greet all visitors
  • responding to phone and email communications
  • book appointments
  • take payments and set up financial payment plans
  • general admin support
• Remuneration: $28-$33 based on experience, on site parking available

About you:

• Previous dental experience preferred
• Previous experience in a customer facing role (i.e. similar reception or administrative role)
• Proficient with Exact software an advantage
• If you have clinical experience then that's a bonus
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
• Strong organisation and time management abilities with the capacity to multitask
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about providing a superior patient experience
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
• This is a long term role for a committed individual
