Reception & Marketing - Ponsonby 3538835

We're searching for an experienced Receptionist to join this busy, friendly team.

About the practice and the role:

• Full time (Monday - Friday)
• Well established modern practice in Ponsonby
• High end practice with modern equipment
• Large loyal patient base
• Multi chair practice with a friendly and collaborative team of experienced dentists, hygienists and support staff
• Treatments include: general and emergency dentistry, orthodontics (fixed, removable and clear aligners), oral surgery, endodontics, and fixed prosthodontics
• Responsibilities include:
  • meet and greet all visitors
  • responding to phone and email communications
  • book appointments
  • take payments and set up financial payment plans
  • general admin support
  • assist with special events
  • maintain organised and tidy reception area
  • manage social media and marketing
  • ensure smooth running of team
• Remuneration: $30-$35 per/hour depending on experience and skill set. Other benefits include professional development opportunities and free dental care

About you:

• Previous experience in a customer facing role (i.e. similar reception or administrative role)
• Previous dental experience essential
• Proficient with MS and good knowledge of Exact software an advantage
• If you have clinical experience then that's a bonus
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
• Strong organisation and time management abilities with the capacity to multitask
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Passion for marketing and development of social media platforms
• Passionate about providing a superior patient experience
