Our client is searching for an experienced general dentist for their Kalgoorlie practice in Western Australia. It's a great opportunity to expand on your skills and knowledge with a large variety of work. Their centrally located practice boasts state of the art treatment rooms and well trained staff. They have treatment coordinators/steri nurses and front office coordinators that are highly trained, so you will be adequately supported.

About the practice and the role:

• Full time and full books
• 200+ new patients a month
• mentorship from senior clinician and Endodontist available
• Sleep dentistry; IV sedation, general anesthetics, oral sedation and nitrous oxide
• injectables
• AO4 
• orthodontist and prosthetist
• State of the art equipment includes: digital printer, digital x-rays including OPG, CBCT, Lat Ceph, Trios, microscope, iTero and shining scanners, rotary endo, DSLR cameras, NSK surgical motor for implants and extractions, and contra-angle handpieces for extractions
• Wall and ceiling mounted TVs and double monitors for your computer 
• Superior treatment rooms, patient lounge, treatment coordinator consultation rooms.

• Remuneration: 43-45% commission FIFO from Perth  (expect to mkae $400,000 - $500,000 annually)
• 7days on / 7 days off

About you:

We are looking for a confident and skilled implant dentist with strong surgical experience who is comfortable managing a broad range of complex cases.You will ideally have experience in:

• Dental implant placement and restoration
• Surgical and complex extractions
• Impacted wisdom teeth
• Canine exposures
• Bone grafting and socket preservation
• Soft-tissue procedures
• Managing medically complex and anxious patients
• Treatment planning using CBCT and digital workflows

You should be clinically confident, ethical and committed to achieving excellent patient outcomes. You will also work well within a team, communicate clearly with patients and colleagues, and be willing to mentor and support less experienced clinicians. Experience in advanced implant and surgical dentistry is highly regarded; however, ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities are available.  6 years experience is preferred but not essential, support is offered in all clinical areas. Training in Prime Speak or Momentum highly regarded. Registration with AHPRA and current indemnity insurance is a must.
