We’re seeking an experienced Oral Health Therapist to join our growing team on a FIFO 7 days on / 7 days off roster from Perth or make the move for a residential role. You’ll work alongside an incredible group of dentists, specialists, and anesthetists delivering care across paediatrics, periodontal therapy, general dentistry, orthodontics, implants, and IV sedation.

About the practice and the role:

• Full time 
• 7 days on/ 7 days off
• FIFO from Perth or reside in Kalgoorlie
• Support from a full time dental assistant
• State of the art equipment includes Trios/Shining/iTero and Scanners, OPG CBCT and Lat Ceph, Digital X-rays, Double computer monitors in each room, Ceiling and wall mounted TVs in every room, Intra oral cameras, DSLR cameras, WAND, Treatment co-ordinators, Air-flows, injectables

Your week will include:    

• Delivering comprehensive oral health care to both children and adults
• Providing periodontal maintenance, preventive, and restorative treatments
• Working alongside general dentists, orthodontists, and IV sedation clinicians
• Educating patients and promoting long-term oral health awareness
• Collaborating with a supportive and multidisciplinary clinical team
• Servicing schools in the region on our dental van
• Access to Rural Health West CPD Grants

About you:

You’re an experienced Oral Health Therapist who thrives in a busy, modern clinic and takes pride in delivering high-quality care with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence working autonomously in a high-performing environment
• Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry
• Legal right to work in Australia
